The Kenya Institute of

to recruit a Manager, Programmess for the Rwanda office.
Job Profile
The person will be
responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing plans to
increase business.
The person will work with
the Country Manager and the KIM Rwanda team and Associate Consultants to expand
institute’s presence in that market.
Person Profile
- At least a
Masters Degree in a Business related field
- Minimum five
(5) years managerial experience in business development and managing
training and consultancy programs
- Highly
organized, creative, and passionate about exploring new ideas
- Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
- A
self-motivated, results-oriented, people-person with energy and ability to
inspire teams
- Knowledge of
the Rwandan market will be an added advantage
- Proficiency
in French language will be an added advantage
