Qualifications and
experience
The successful candidate:
- The ideal
candidate should have 10 years hands on experience of management in
multicultural context
- A bachelors
Degree in Business management/ Administration or any other business
related qualification
- Strong
project management skills managing complex, multi-faceted projects
resulting in measurable successes and program growth
- The ideal
candidate will have good knowledge of humanitarian aviation (minimum 3
years of experience).
- Proven
financial management experience with proven analytical/ problem solving
abilities.
- Able to
speak French and English fluently (oral and written)
- Ability to
make formal presentations to various audiences
- The
candidate should be IT literate
- Must be well
organized and detail-oriented
