Position: Logistics Product Manager
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Set product target by
segment and fully achieve station targets to meet the overall company targets.
Generate, identify and
qualify sales leads on daily basis to create opportunities for new prospects.
Conduct sales visits to
prospect customers to gain new business.
Coordinate with the
operations manager to set customers SLAs, KPIs, and process flows to complete
the customer proposal in the best way for the customer & the company.
Manage customer inquiries,
problems, requests and suggestions; determines appropriate solutions and/or
responses.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction by providing smooth customer service to customers as per
agreed service standards.

- Bachelor
Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- English
Proficiency
- MS Office
Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
- 5 years’
experience in logistics, supply chain & warehouse operations in Kenya
