Company hereby invites applications for the following:Sales & Marketing Executives (Interns)
Job purpose:
- To
ensure timely delivery of our products to the market and timely stock
reconciliations.
- Ensure
proper handling of crates to minimize breakages and accurate crates stock
reconciliations.
- Creating
new client account relationships.
- Supporting
the Sales team on sales activities
- Maintaining
and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings,
telephone calls and emails.
- Creating
relations with potential customers for new business.
- Maintain
up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
- Reviewing
own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining
a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Giving
feedback to management on relevant field information – demand, competition
and prices.
The applicant should posses the following academic
qualifications and competencies:
- K.C.S.E.
certificate minimum aggregate C (plain).
- Diploma
in sales and marketing or its equivalent.
- At
least one year experience in similar capacity in a busy
organization. Experience in sales of dairy products is a plus
- Below
25 years old.
- Good
Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
