TKM provides Design - Build
Turnkey solutions to major private and public corporations and has a dedicated
engineering design department supporting and supervising the construction
division.
Our principal design tools are Computer Aided Design and simulation methods to
provide innovative, cutting edge solutions in the spheres of structural design,
construction and value engineering.
TKM is expanding regionally
with a presence in Rwanda, South Sudan and Congo DRC and is exploring
opportunities in the great lakes region.

TKM is expanding regionally with regional offices in Uganda,Tanzania, Rwanda, Accra,South Sudan and Congo DRC.
We are looking to fill the position of Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years work experience in sales and marketing and business development.
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for:
- Setting
targets and developing strategies for the growth of business prospects for
the company.
- Drafting and
follow up on proposals formed as a result of team meetings or discussions.
- Proposing
ideas and methods to expand the business scope in the market.
- Conducting
meetings to develop ideas to acquire project bids.
