Sales Assistant – Stores
(2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:

- Receive
books and update records for accountability.
- Arrange
stocks for ease of retrieval.
- Retrieve
books to service customer orders.
- Reconcile
bin card balances with physical stock to check accuracy of records and
facilitate follow – up.
Minimum Qualifications:
- KCSE,
grade C (Plain)
- Certificate
in Stores Management
- At
least six (6) months relevant experience
- Attention
to detail
Receptionist
(1 Position) Ref: HR/12/04/01
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate
the switch board.
- Ensure
that the telephone numbers and extensions are working and report any
faulty lines to the relevant department.
- Receive
and record incoming letters and parcels.
- Receive
and direct visitors to the respective officers/offices.
- Ensure
that the front office area is tidy and pleasant.
Minimum Qualification:
- KCSE,
grade C
- Certificate
in secretarial training and switch board operations.
- At
least one (1) year relevant working experience.
- Must
have good customer care skills.
- Must
have excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
