We are
seeking to fill the following positions:-
Post Harvest
Production Manager
Requirements
Minimum of
a Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture with at least (5) years experience in
post harvest production operations of a Rose Flower Farm of not less than 10 ha
with responsibility for all post harvest production activities.
Job holder
must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
They must
be effective leaders, team-builders and managers, with the ability to motivate
staff and evaluate performance
Technical
Manager
The job
holder will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for providing
technical direction in development, design and systems integration.
This will
include project planning and implementation, budget management, trouble
shooting and resolving technical problems, technical training, oversee data
equipment e.g. servers & networks and staff management.
Requirements
- Degree
in Engineering with at least (5) years experience as a Technical/
Engineering Manager of a Medium sized company.
- Job
holder must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- They
must be effective leaders, team-builders and managers, with the ability to
motivate staff and evaluate performance
