HR Assistant

Key responsibilities areas:
- Effectively
recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information;
- Administration
of temporary staff contracts;
- Administration
of recruitment, selection and staff induction;
- Supervise
outsourced services;
- Assist
in coordinating training/teambuilding and staff welfare
- Assume
responsibility for related duties as required or assigned;

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s
Degree in a business field
- HR
diploma –an added advantage
- Comprehensive
knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At
least 1 year experience in a busy HR office, preferably in the service
industry
- Good
knowledge of the labour laws
