Continuity Solutions), is now expanding into new markets in the region and
wishes to recruit the services of a General Manager whose requirements are
detailed hereunder.
General Manager
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- A
Bachelors degree in a business field of study (B.Com, Finance, Business
Admin etc); an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum
of three years experience in business management, planning, human resource
and financial management.
- Have
demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and excellent communication skills
and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Have
demonstrated superior decision-making and problem-solving skills and
conflict-management abilities.
- Demonstrated
ability to manage, delegate and supervise staff teams.
- Demonstrated
ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced office setting.
- Proven
ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
- Will
be required to have thorough knowledge of the company operations, its
culture and its products and services.
