Our client, an international retail Imaging solutions company
specializing in showroom designing and Integrated Brand Marketing Communication
is looking for an Architect Interior Designer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze,
design and build technical solutions that deliver the clients goal and
provide our clients with maximum value
- Create
detail CAD drawings for entire showroom with material specification &
bill of material
- Accurate
Drawing interpretation
- Create
1:1 drawings for routing / fabrication
- Have
good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- Creating
bill of quantity and bill of materials with complete specifications
- Production
of take-off sheets from layout and production drawings
- Conversion
of draft designs into final drawings for showroom
- Determining
and prescribing formats
- Creating
and modifying drawing templates
- Adherence
to company design practice and procedures
Education / Skill Requirements:
- A
degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Professional
training in AutoCAD
- Should
be well versed with current versions
- 2-3
years experience working in showroom design environment
- Knowledge
about various materials & fabrication processes
- Knowledge
of designing software like 3D Max and Corel draw will be an added
advantage
- Proficient
with Microsoft Office software
- Detail
oriented, self-motivated and flexible
- Capable
of working under minimum supervision
- A
team player
