Summary
Our client is the franchise holder for a leading manufacturer of a wide range of products including home appliances and consumer electronics and has an established Distribution Network with a total of over 20 Sales outlets throughout Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
·
Operations and management of the sales outlets.
·
Developing and leading the sales staff in order to achieve
corporate budget
·
Managing costs and debt collection in the retail outlets
·
Developing and managing relationships with corporate clients
within Kenya
·
Managing customer services
·
Assisting in the development and implementation of product
strategies, advertising and sales promotion
·
Assisting in the development of corporate and product brands
Qualification and experience
·
Candidates should be graduates in Commerce with preference for
sales/ marketing.
·
Professional qualifications in sales and/or Marketing such as
CIM Diploma will be an added advantage.
·
At least four years experience in sales and marketing in an FMCG
environment
·
People management skills including target setting and
performance monitoring
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·
Team working and ability to network effectively
·
An ambitious and a self starter with potential to grow to higher
positions in the organisation.
