Key Responsibilities will be to;
* Creates feasible production and filling plans for shop floor taking into account strategic stock policies and critical resource availability
* Participates in supplier auditing schemes
* Responsible for implementation of audit findings in his areas of responsibility
* Manages the correct functioning of the warehouse, including personnel safety, availability of safe working equipment and training of staff
* Ensures the monitoring of environmental and hygienic conditions in the warehouse
* Ensures the monitoring of key warehouse performance parameters by means of statistical process control in order to drive structured root cause analysis
* Ensures the timely communication of deviations of raw and packaging materials and timely user decision of all material
* Carries out staff appraisals reward/ disciplinary systems
* Evaluates departmental human resource needs, training and development, job optimization and succession planning
* Controls slow moving, obsolete and redundant stock
* Lead daily and weekly operational with all planning and manufacturing partners
The ideal candidate should possess the following minimum skills and competencies;
* University Degree or equivalent (preferred Supply Planning)
* Minimum 2 Years production and supply planning in a busy environment
