Main Tasks:
* Participate in the planning and design of construction

Main Tasks:
* Organise and oversee the day-to-day operation of the construction site in terms of material resources (materials and equipment), human and financial resources, compliance with schedules and budgets.
* Supervise the progress and quality of work; oversee the supply, quality and allocation of building materials under the supervision of the line manager and/or technical adviser.
* Draft project reports and follow up progress, materials and expenditure.
Requirements:
* Diploma/degree in construction or civil engineering
* Experience in supervising construction projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
* Experience with MSF or a similar organisation would be an advantage
* Fluency in Somali an asset
* Willingness to live in Dagahaley
