Over the past two months the taming of a weakening shilling has
generated a lot of heat on both the political and financial fulcrums, the
debate has even escalated to personal vendetta against the sole regulators of
the shillings in the country.
A section of law makers and economic pundits have called for
the resignation of Prof Njuguna Ndung’u who is the Governor of Central Bank of
Kenya citing lack of experience to tackle the shilling slide describing him as
