A company dealing with importation and distribution of beverages
throughout Kenya wishes to recruit a highly proactive, self driven individual
to fill the position of Customer Care Representative.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible
for:Job Summary
- Generating
reports on status of orders received, dispatched and pending deliveries.
- Timely
processing of orders and delivery according to company procedure.
- Maintaining
a data base of all customers and regularly informing them of price
changes, promotions etc.
- Ensuring
customer complaints are addressed promptly and lasting solutions provided.
Person Specifications:
- A
University degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent with a minimum
of 3 years Customer service experience in the FMCG industry.
- He
/she must be self driven with a “can do” attitude and passion to achieve
results under minimum supervision.
- Possess
excellent reporting, organization skills and unquestionable integrity.
- Computer
literate and able to produce and present reports.
- Experience
in the wines and spirits industry is an added advantage.
