A Bachelor’s degree in Finance! Accounting/Commerce/Business
Administration

CPA(K) or ACCA
·
Relevant 8 years experience
·
Strong planning, organizational and management skills
·
Excellent knowledge of Accounting software especially sage
pastel
·
Ability to manage multiple protects and meet tight deadlines
·
Possess creative problem solving skills
·
Strong interpersonal skills/ability to motivate a team

Full member of the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya
·
5 years experience in management of properties
·
Sound knowledge ¡n property
and project management skills

Computer skills are essential

A team player with excellent communication, problem solving,
analytical and interpersonal skills and who can work under minimum supervision
