Sales Team Leader. Gross 20K Plus Commissions.


Our Client a progressive IT company with strong presence in the Corporate Sector and With a vision to be an IT service company of choice to corporate organizations within the region in the next 5 years. A job vacancy exists for a Sales Team leader. 

CORE FUNCTIONS: 
   
Visit existing customers and prospect for new business.
    Provide market intelligence on a regular basis to management.
    Grow and win more market share.
Debt collection as part of the job.
    Follow-up of Tenders.
    Ability to travel at short notice is highly desirable.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Economics or IT
 
    Fully computer competent in MS Office applications.
    Sales exposure a definite plus.
    A valid driving licence is desirable though not a must.
    Fluency in English both oral and written.

To qualify for this position, it is desired that you are a person of high integrity, very presentable and someone who proactively manages issues. A self motivated and supervised person, a good communicator both with colleagues and customers alike, will be best suited for this position.
