Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership for the designing, planning and implementation of the Marketing, Customer Service and Corporate Social Responsibility functions.
Particular Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring that the Hospital
has effective Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations and Corporate
Social Responsibility strategies and plans.

Identifying gaps in the
Hospital service offering and providing direction for service and product
development.
·
Implementing appropriate
programs for selecting and segmenting the Hospital’s market and facilitating
niche driven marketing.

Developing and effecting
systems for tracking and evaluating financial and non-financial benefits of
Marketing, Customer Service and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Facilitating internal
branding, marketing and customer service programs.

Participating in

Monitoring customer

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Professional qualifications

Seven (7) years progressive
working experience in Marketing with at least 3 at a senior level. Experience

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions and providing leadership to Divisional Senior Accountants and their teams.
Particular Responsibilities Include:

Spearheading the budget
preparation process and assisting budget holders with the preparation of
business plans and capital investment appraisals.
·
Reviewing and designing
systems of monitoring performance against budget.
·
Analyzing and reporting
significant budget variances and identifying along with the divisional
accountants, possible remedial actions.
·
Establishing and
maintaining effective internal control systems and procedures.
·
Co-ordinating the
preparation of accurate and up to date financial and management accounting
information and reports to facilitate decision making.

assets register.

Ensuring that operational
and capital expenditure are appropriate by reviewing and comparing costs with

Reporting to the Principal, Cecily McDonnell School of Nursing, the successful candidates will take a lead role in developing competent Nurses by providing integration of nursing theory and practice in the Kenya Registered Nursing (KRN), Bachelor of Science and other basic and post—basic nursing education programmes.

Reporting to the Chief Physiotherapist, the successful candidate will organise, conduct and evaluate care plans for inpatient and outpatient referred for therapy.

in-depth evaluation and assessment of patients who have physical disabilities,
disorders or injuries.

Identifying treatment
goals, appropriate therapy techniques and equipment.

Carrying out rehabilitative
programs.

Advising patients, ward
staff and family members on treatment plans, techniques and exercises.
·
Conducting regular
evaluation of patients to assess progress and response to therapy.
·
Developing treatment plans
