Position: Huawei BTS, BSC, RNC operation &
maintenance engineer
Requirements:
* Aware about structures functions of boards, sub racks and racks.
* Identify hardware connection between BTS and environment monitoring equipment.
* Implement BTS data configuration, parameters setting, data modification, restoration and back-up.
* Implement BTS data configuration of combined cabinet and
cabinet group.Requirements:
* Aware about structures functions of boards, sub racks and racks.
* Identify hardware connection between BTS and environment monitoring equipment.
* Implement BTS data configuration, parameters setting, data modification, restoration and back-up.
* Master BTS remote/local routine operation and maintenance.
* Execute the on-site operation, such as the board replacement and equipment reboot.
* Check alarm events of BTS and perform the on-site diagnostic.
* Alarm handling and software and hardware troubleshooting
* Responsible for quality of network monitoring work
* Responsible for 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.
* Responsible for analyzing the faults and report them in proper escalation pat
* Responsible for reporting to Customers
Position: Huawei TRX, DSAM/DSLAM operation & maintenance engineer
Requirements:
* Support O&M team on fault handling and performance functions for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.
* Support O&M NOC team to analyze the failures for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.
* Support O&M NOC Team for preventive and Corrective maintenance for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.
* Support O&M NOC team on managing and ensure stability of DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems through Management Systems.
* Conduct necessary On-job training (OJT) to increase knowledge level.
* Alarm handling and software and hardware troubleshooting
* Responsible for quality of network monitoring work
* Responsible for 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.
* Responsible for analyzing the faults and report in proper escalation
