Business Head – Training
Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the incumbent will be in charge of running the business unit as a profit centre.
Key responsibilities
Achieve the monthly business targets set by the Group
Develop and manage a team of Key account managers
Prepare sales strategies and business plans for the training market;
Implement sales strategies to achieve KTC goals, objectives and targets;
Develop and maintain a solid funnel of training opportunities;
Maintain quality and delivery bench mark set for the training centre
Managing the existence partner and customer network and creating new partnerships based on the market trends/needs
Align with the Group policy on shared services and operations.
Skills & Competencies
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related field;
A good understanding of IT market and products
At least 6 (six) years experience, with 2 (two) years in a management position
Managing an IT training centre will be an added advantage
For the above position, you require to have proven experience at liaising, negotiating, influencing, presenting and working with key external stakeholders.
You must demonstrate a track record of managing a team, delivering sales targets, and possess strategic planning and thinking capability.
You must also demonstrate ability to work in a highly driven environment.
This position will require one to travel occasionally to the African market.
