S. K. Macharia, the owner of Citizen TV among other Royal Media
brands has travelled to the United States to buy a helicopter to be used by
Citizen TV for major assignments, including the forthcoming general elections according
to some insiders.
This will propel Macharia’s Citizen TV ahead of the pack. The
chopper is estimated to cost nearly 250 million shillings.
