Our Kenyan client is seeking to recruit a Senior Accountant -
Revenue Assurance who will report and be accountable to the Financial
Controller.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Full and extensive analysis of all company revenue including data for group reporting, and in extensive liaison with budgeting department
* Revenue forecast and related analysis
* All revenue related prepayments, and accruals including but not limited to
deferred revenueDuties & Responsibilities
* Full and extensive analysis of all company revenue including data for group reporting, and in extensive liaison with budgeting department
* Revenue forecast and related analysis
* Extensive involvement in implementation, definition, and design of related reporting systems for KPI's utilising Reporting Services
* Key work on general process, Including but not limited to revenue and billings,
* Documenting all revenue process, and alterations
* General Ad hoc report writing and analysis
* Adding value where you can.
Skills and Experience
* Experience working within a similar set up is an added advantage
* The ability to work to tight deadlines is essential
* Experience in using and manipulating data through accounting systems
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Very good Excel skills/data manipulation capability
Minimum requirements
* First degree Commerce or any other Business related field.
* CPA (K).
* 5 years relevant working experience.
