Maintain design and implement VOIP telephony services for
enterprise and call center systems.Category: Information Communications Technology

coordinate the selection, installation and maintenance of VoIP infrastructure and equipment for EDF (K) Ltd
Job Functions:
Analyze telecommunication functions of the organization and make recommendations.
Develop, improve and maintain VoIP telecommunication systems
Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunication issues including converged voice and fax messaging
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree in computer Science or Electrical Engineering or computer engineering in IT or any other related field
Minimum 4 years working experience in LINUX Administration and scripting
Experience in Cisco VOIP and Open Source PBX such as Asterisk, Freeswitch and OpenSIPS
Experience in systems architecture and integrating with production and systems
Cisco Voice implementations in corporate environment and PBX systems.
Cisco Voice Certification, Cisco Network Certification, and/or MCSE highly preferred
Experience in Nagios network monitoring application highly desired
Experience in Zimbra Collaborative Suite preferred
LAN/WAN IP networking DW/DM and Optical Transport Networks
Good Communication skills
Excellent analytical, planning and reporting skills
Must be hands on and proactive
VoIP knowledge is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum age of 28 and Maximum Age of 38 years at the time of recruitment.
