Description:
The SAM will be responsible for prospecting and expanding the customer base by understanding the
customer’s needs. The SAM will be responsible for the business retention unit.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Be actively involved in developing relationships with key customers
* Supervise a product marketing team to get customer feedback on product improvements
* Coordinate with the sales team and marketing to find out ways to retain and increase customers
* Identify and meet customer needs
* Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends
* Make business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs
* Gather market information on the competition and create offers that will boost the company margins
* Identify business trends, forecast demand and prepare the annual sales budget
* Monitor and measure performance keeping the budget in mind and suggest measures to maintain profits
Skills and Specifications:

The SAM must have good communication and negotiation skills
* They must be able to work in a team and also motivate others
* They should be confident and willing to work without supervision
* An understanding of finance is crucial
* Must be computer literate, while a technical background will be an advantage
* Hold a clean valid driving license

Education and Qualifications
*
A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a qualification in
Technical Sales.
* At least 3 years experience in FMCG or Food Processing Industry.
