qualified persons to fill the following senior positions in its establishment.
Finance Manager Ref.No. 001
Reporting
to the Managing Director-the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Establishing financial and management systems for the efficient implementation of company goals and policies.
* Ensuring efficient revenue collection, disbursements, accounting and reporting.
* Preparing budgets and periodic financial performance reports for the Board of Directors consideration.
* Ensuring compliance to International Financial standards on financial
reporting by the company.* Establishing financial and management systems for the efficient implementation of company goals and policies.
* Ensuring efficient revenue collection, disbursements, accounting and reporting.
* Preparing budgets and periodic financial performance reports for the Board of Directors consideration.
* Continually reviewing and upgrading accounting systems and procedures in line with the company operating systems and internal control requirements.
* Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and audits.
* Carry out any other functions relating to the financial management as may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
The Ideal candidate should have:-

A certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) with Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
* Minimum three years working experience in financial matters of water & sewerage facility of which 2 years should have been in a senior management position and demonstrate ability on innovativeness.
* Demonstrate ability to consistently meet strict deadlines is mandatory.
* Aged between 30-40 years.

Chief Accountant Ref. No.002
Reporting
to the Finance Manager-the successful candidate will be responsible for:-
* Ensuring revenue is timely and efficiently collected.
* Preparation of timely financial reports.
* Ensuring timely reconciliation of bank accounts.
* Ensuring timely preparation of management accounts.
* Review of payments authorization vouchers, back-ups for invoices.
* Preparation of journal entries.
* Perform any duties as may be allocated by the finance Manager.
