Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Main Responsibilities
* Process sales orders, forms, applications and quotation requests
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
* Manage customers' accounts
* Perform customer verifications
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
* Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
* Excellent communications skills both oral and written
* Good study habits and ability to learn fast
* Good networking skills
* Creative mind
* Ability to multi-task
* Results Oriented
* Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skill
* 3 years Experience in a customer service role.
