Sales Supervisor Job Description (Salary 25-30K)
Our client a firm based in Ngara that sells and services Generators in East Africa is looking for a Sales Supervisor.
Roles and responsibilities
• Lead direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• Assist the sales manager in revising and implementing the sales strategic plans.
• Assist the sales manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Ensure provision of professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• General supervision of the sales team.• Assist the sales manager in revising and implementing the sales strategic plans.
• Assist the sales manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Ensure provision of professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer related issues, resolution, communicate escalated issues to the sales manager.
• Liaise with the sales representative in preparation of sales reports.

Job Specifications
• A minimum of a diploma in Sales and marketing or a related field’
• 3-5 years of experience in sales Management.
• Experience with selling both services and technical products
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to work and manage/supervise a team.
• Ability to drive sales
