JBM – a development company based in Nairobi seeks to recruit a young talented individual for the following position.
Reporting to the CEO; the role includes;
- Responsible for Sales of the Company’s properties
- Follow up leads generated, conduct effective meetings and close deals
- Find new clients to meet sales target
- Marketing the properties and creating marketing strategies within set targets and budgets
- Prepare and execute sales presentations and monthly sales reports.
- General office administration including maintaining customer accounts and collections.
Qualifications
- University graduate (business studies) or equivalent- Follow up leads generated, conduct effective meetings and close deals
- Find new clients to meet sales target
- Marketing the properties and creating marketing strategies within set targets and budgets
- Prepare and execute sales presentations and monthly sales reports.
- General office administration including maintaining customer accounts and collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably marketing real estate
- Good communication skills and IT literacy
- High integrity, results and growth oriented with ability to deliver with minimum supervision.
- Accounting skills & clean driving license would be an added advantage
