Head of Marketing & Customer Service
Location: Nairobi Kenya.

Due to expanded operations throughout the country, our client, a leading professional cleaning and allied service company servicing major high end clients in the market is seeking to recruit a focused, self driven professional for the position of Head of Marketing and Customer Service.
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

Key Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and liaising with media and advertising firms
Developing and implementing customer loyalty programs, policies and procedures in line with the strategic plan
Developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/services and manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Determining and managing the marketing budget as well as delivering marketing activities within agreed budget.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized institution
A minimum of 5 years credible experience in Marketing and Customer Service
Credible experience in Marketing and Customer Service strategy formulation and execution.
Innovative personality with outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent computer and leadership skills
High integrity
Member of a professional body
Experience in the cleaning or service industry an added advantage.
A competitive salary package plus commissions guaranteed.
