Job Summary
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Analyst will deliver best in class financial reporting and analyses by providing complete and accurate information to drive pro-active decision making on business opportunities and rapid response to market conditions / events. 

Responsibilities
Prepare analyze and investigate trends for key P&L lines at business and product level versus plan and provide value-adding commentary, on performance variances, applying deep analysis of the business.
Run periodical analysis and provide value-adding commentary by business with controllers on performance variances as well as support respective Business units and functional controllers on variance analysis.
Identify and quantify risks and improvement opportunities from analyses and propose improvements to business and functional controllers.
Prepare, control and submit all Magnitude reports that are under Decision Support responsibility within the Group and/or internal reporting deadlines in line with the Group reporting guidelines.
Prepare and issue periodical internal reports and KPIs as per agreed internal reporting deadlines and instructions as well as design, build, maintain other local / ad hoc reports.
Key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process providing transparency and direction towards target achievement and facilitate the Dynamic Forecast process.
Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline including development of Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution structure modeling.
Develop, manage and communicate financial initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Commerce (or similar), majoring in Accounting or Finance.
CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) is added advantage.
Over 5 years experience in Accounting / Finance function in a business analysis role from an FMCG.
Solid knowledge of business processes to help design, implement and manage internal control systems.
Thoroughly versed in and able to solidly apply local tax laws and regulation as well as legal requirements related to financial and administrative matters.
Sound understanding of Internal Audit theory and local Governance/Legal/Compliance framework.
Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
