The Parliamentary Service Commission intends to engage a reputable manpower consulting firm to conduct Human Resource Audit, involving:- 
  1. HR Planning
  2. Staff Training on key result areas and standards of performance under the respective schemes
  3. Staffing Levels
  4. Performance Appraisal
  5. Skills Inventory

Interested and eligible consulting firms may obtain information and purchase tender documents from Supplies Office at County Hall Ground Floor during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 5,000 per set of tender document to the Cashier Room 126 on 1st Floor, Main Parliament Building. 

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender No. NA/ 
003/2011-2012 – HUMAN RESOURCE AUDIT be deposited in the Tender Box at the 
entrance of County Hall on the Ground Floor and be addressed to:-

The Clerk of the National Assembly 
P.O. Box 41842 – 00100 
Nairobi 

So as to be received on or before Monday, 5th September, 2011 at 12.00 Noon. 

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at County Hall Conference Room 1st floor.
