Applications are being invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Financial Accountant with a fast growing Seed Company based in Arusha, Tanzania.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director and should have the following:

- Degree in Accountancy
- ACCA, CIMA or Higher National Diploma in Accountancy
- Computer literate with good knowledge of accounting packages eg. ACCPAC.
- Three or more years experience as an Accountant
- Excellent understanding of accounting procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Good team leadership skills
- Ability to work under immense pressure
- Credit management skills
- Ability to produce accurate accounts, budgets and forecasts on time
- Ability to produce year end financial statements
- Ability to handle external audit alone
- Able to produce cash flow projections.
- Competent in production of tax computations and tax planning with assistance from HO.
- Able to review and suggest improvements in internal control systems
