Purpose of the position:
Coordinate the administration functions and provide administrative leadership to the administration team to
achieve a high quality, effective and efficient administrative support to the EARO staff, hosted units, GC and national offices; ensuring adherence to the law of the land and representing WV’s interests in legally binding contracts.

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
* Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field (Masters Degree in Business Management preferred)
* Extensive experience in Administration and Management for a minimum of 5 years in a large international organization as a team leader
* Good understanding of Commercial Law
* Good knowledge of acceptable procurement processes and audit requirements
* Knowledge of normal organizational policies and procedures
* Good understanding of government requirements and procedures – work permit processing, duty free status immunities and procedures etc. (Ministry of Immigration and Foreign Affairs)
* Good skills in conflict resolution/problem solving, teamwork, crisis management, training facilitation and coaching.
* Experience in working in a multi- cultural environment. Experience in a hardship context will be an added advantage.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in cross-cultural teams and prioritize under pressure
* Integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially by phone and e-mail.
