The prospective candidates will be responsible for the distribution of all General Insurance products that have been specifically designed and branded through aggressive recruitment campaigns to all potential customers.
The Main Responsibilities of this role are;
* Generate new business
* Raise awareness of the Company products
* Make presentations to potential clients on the company products
* Sale of company products
* Build and maintain a strong profitable customer base
* Product information and Customer service
Job Details
The Ideal Candidate should have;
- A Diploma/degree in Sales and Marketing/business admin from a recognized institution;
- Be 28 years and above
- Be willing to work on a commission based remuneration structure
- Sales experience will be an added advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, skills;
- Proven record of bringing results and be customer focused;
- Good presentation and negotiation skills;

- A go getter with a passion for getting things done
- A passion for making a difference in people’s lives
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Self motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Computer Literate – Microsoft Office
- Neat and Presentable.
