Human Resources Manager
Position Status: Full Time
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support to line managers and staff on understanding and application of the Human Resources Policies and Processes
Implements Human Resources Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with the HR Strategy.
Implement and maintain employee database within the HR Information system to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR decisions and service delivery.
Ensures accurate implementation of the staff benefit schemes
Supports Production Managers in manpower planning to meet their human resources requirements and ensures headcount compliance.Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support to line managers and staff on understanding and application of the Human Resources Policies and Processes
Implements Human Resources Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with the HR Strategy.
Implement and maintain employee database within the HR Information system to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR decisions and service delivery.
Ensures accurate implementation of the staff benefit schemes
Co-ordinates the recruitment, selection and placement of staff as per the approved organization structure.
Supports Production Managers in the development and review of Job Descriptions to create clarity for efficient and effective job performance and improvements.
Organize and co-ordinate company training programmes
Handle employee relations and dealing with labour disputes.
Processing contracts, warning letters, terminations, dismissals and other internal and external correspondences.
Handle employee grievances and administer disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in regard to personnel matters and labour laws.
Management of staff leave and offs.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The desired candidate should posses a minimum of the following:
Diploma in Human Resources
Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources in a the horticultural industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Computer proficiency
A strategic thinker with strong and exceptional analytical skills

Purchases Assistant
Position Status: Full Time
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Handling and analyzing order requisition for confirmation
Price comparison and quotation sorting from different suppliers.
LPO preparation and fax forwarding for both price inquiries and LPO and confirmation from the right source, time, quality, quantity and price 5R principle and also timely deliveries.
Tracking time of delivery and reminder follow ups.
Ensure timely submission of order and servicing of vehicles, machinery and other equipments.
Take responsibility of the company property all the time and filling of the documents and records in line with your duties.
Organise in conjunction with the HR the pay roll and pay slips in good time.
Organize for pay of the outgoing employees on clearance with the relevant departments.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Driving a motor vehicle as authorized;
Ensure vehicle is always in good working condition, including cleanliness and carrying out routine checks on the vehicle’s cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems, tyre pressure, etc;
Ensure that licenses (including the driver’s license) motor vehicle Insurance etc are always up to date by timely informing the Office Manager;
Detecting and reporting malfunctioning on vehicle systems;
Maintenance of work schedule for vehicle assigned;
Ensuring security and safety for the vehicle on and off the road;
Delivery of shipment to the airport and ensuring that the documentation required is in order
Performing any other relevant duties assigned by management
