Outgrowers Services Superintendent
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will provide technical leadership and direction in the area of sugarcane production.
She/he will manage the resources of Agriculture department effectively and lead technology evaluation and dissemination in collaboration with other stakeholders within our growing zone.
Qualifications and work experience
* BSc in Agriculture or Agronomy or Agriculture Economics or Agribusiness Management.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
* Be computer literate.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills, well-developed communication and analytical skills.
* Demonstrate good leadership qualities, ability to solve problems and maintain confidentiality.
* Clean motor vehicle Driving License will be an added advantage.
