Chief Accountant Treasury Job in Kenya

Ref: MG 6

Key duties and responsibilities

1.       Preparation of cash flow statements;
2.      Investment of surplus funds;
3.      Sourcing of investment opportunities;
4.      Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts;
5.      Preparing daily balances on outstanding letters of credit;
6.      Managing bank balances as per approved procedures & limits;
7.      Handling banking facilities
8.     Timely revenue collection;
9.      Budget and budgetary control;

10.  Asset management and capitalization
11.   Inventory costing


Required Minimum Qualifications
1.       B. Com. (Accounting/Finance) or related degree
2.      CPA (K) or ACCA
3.      Management Development Courses or Leadership Course for at least one month;
4.      Computer literacy;
5.      Seven (7) years experience relevant to this position;

or


6.      CPA (K) or ACCA
7.      Nine (9) years working experience
