Administration Manager Ref: SST/KE/AM/2011
Key responsibilities
Monitor office facilities to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained;
Coordinate all support services including insurance, leases and permits for staff;
Prepare and review administrative reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural changes to improve operations;
Acquire, distribute and store supplies
Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies;
Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations;
Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems;
Coordinate mail and document management;
Manage leasing of facility space;
Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles and cafeteria services;
Coordinate staff travel and accommodation including logistics for consultants;
Prepare administrative policies and communication;
Dispose of, or oversee the disposal of, surplus or unclaimed property.

Qualifications and experience
A Bachelors degree in a relevant field
3 years experience in a busy administrative function
