MAGNA Children at Risk is an international non-profit humanitarian organization whose objective is to provide medical, nutritional and psychosocial care/aid to population in crisis. In Kenya is active since 2006.
JOB LOCATION: Mombasa Coast Province, Mombasa Town/Msambweni District, Kenya
(In the event of an emergency and/or depending on operational needs potentially available to work in other districts within Kenya and/or the region).
THE POSITION –
Administrator/Account Officer
She/he will be responsible for providing assistance to the Project Field Coordinator in all secretarial, administrative and financial activities in Magna office in Mombasa. She/he will supervise Magna national staff under Finance and Admin and report directly to the Project Field Coordinator and /or OD.
REQUIREMENTS
:
BA Degree in management/finance with an experience in a field
At least 2 years of experience (local/international NGO experience would be advantage)
Language: English/Kiswahili
Knowledge in HR, accountancy, national labor policy regarding tax, employee’s deduction etc.
IT skills (advance level)
Flexible regarding job tasks and show flexibility in terms of new task being delegated
Ability to respond quickly to urgent and unexpected situation
Honesty and responsibility for performed job
Self-reliant and independent work
Adaptability, transparency and enthusiasm for work
Commitment to Magna conception and values
