Store Manager Job Summary
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retail establishment in Kenya. S/he will be expected to ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience and oversee business growth of the store.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the store;
Manage costs of the store and ensure returns are made on time;
Manage the replenishing cycle by identifying and recommending suitable items for the store;
Oversee cash management and ensure appropriate records are maintained for the daily sales and cash reports;
Undertake inventory management as well as oversee security of the store;Identify and develop new business opportunities for the store;

Ensure efficient store standards by planning the layout and design of displays as well as oversee customer service;

Requirements for Kenyans
University degree in Business Administration from a recognized University in Kenya;
5 years experience in retail stores management, 2 of which must be at assistant manager level in a retail operation.
Experience in Sales and business development.
Experience of working with retail management software;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
