CA Global: Africa Positions has a client that is in need of Senior ICT Solutions Manager. The position is based in Mali.
Our client would prefer to recruit citizens from either North or West Africa
Overview:
- Presale supports including bidding, system design, technical proposal, price quote, presentations, presale testing and others etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key enterprise accounts such as government, financial, electrical, railway, education and petrol companies.
- Communicate between the client and their enterprise accounts. Identify key requirements, adapt Huawei solutions for customers' situation and promote full range of Huawei solutions.
- Manage internal communication among Marketing, Engineering and other teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
- Collect and analyze marketing information, make competition, promotion and other marketing strategies and plans. Create co-operative business plans with customers and partners.
- Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
- Support the enterprise business in all the North African regional offices.
- Good knowledge in the fields of routing, switching, network security, VoIP, call center, data center, SAN, FC, cabling and other enterprise network fields.
- Good knowledge of enterprise business models and service management strategies.
- Basic knowledge in the fields of fixed Network such as optical transmission, microwave, and FTTx or Wireless network is preferred.
Requirements:
Education : Minimum Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
Experience : Minimum three years of technical pre-sales working experience in venders or system integrators.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with sales promotion at CxO and technical level.
Ability to understand the customer's requirements in order to design the desired solution.
Ability to show creativity and must welcome challenges
Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
Technical Support Working Experiences are strongly preferred.
Security and system knowledge & engineering experiences are highly preferred.
Skilled French language is a plus.
