Qualification & Experience
Graduation in any stream with Post Graduation / MBA in Sales and Marketing. Should have over 10 years of relevant Experience, of which 5 years in the relevant field with adequate exposure in the field of Passive Telecom Infrastructure products like towers, PIUs, Power generators, Shelters, telecom ACs, Battery banks and chillers etc. in African environs. Negotiation possible for deserving candidates. 

Function
Sales.  

Span of Control
Reports to Group Sales Head, Reime Group.

Role Objective
Follow up with all Reime Customers. Getting new business and new customers. Teaming with the Technical teams to prepare quotes against RFQs. Helping the Sales Head to ensure that Reime Group’s short and long term sales targets are achieved.  He will also be responsible for coordinating the sales activities in the other Countries in East Africa. 
 
 

Job Details

Principal Accountability
This position will have the overall accountability to:
•    Assist in driving the sales direct and indirect
•    Develop and maintain sales channels
•    Ensure complete sales support to the product design and the operations team.
•    Team up and provide required support for RFQs
•    To take the lead role in promoting ACME products.
•    Regular customer interaction
•    Put SoPs in place in the above areas of accountability in all Reime Subsidiaries.
•    Assisting in driving customer satisfaction.
