PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES,
The ideal Kenyan candidate should be extremely entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to grow our footprint. They must have a strong background in technology sales, marketing and distribution. Strong regional experience is also an advantage. The candidate will be required to:
Sell
Grow product sales for Turnkey Africa ’s secondary products and achieve high volume targets quickly
Assist in developing pricing, terms and conditions for the products

Forecast sales volumes, profit margins, and net profit and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/gross profit targets
Manage and meet sales expense budgets

Innovate
Develop and continuously evaluate promotional and advertising activities
Deliver innovative business models, branding, and marketing approaches
Work closely with Turnkey Africa ’s development and sales officers to consistently improve our product line

Lead
Build and manage selling Turnkey Africa’s secondary product line in all territories – local and regional.
Measure progress against leading indicators
Measure progress against leading indicators
Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company in the allocated market.
Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective sales growth strategies and processes for Turnkey’s secondary products.
Serve as the thought leader for sales of Turnkey in the allocated Market regarding product requirements, selling trends, competitive landscape, marketing programs and communications.
Facilitate feedback to different areas of Turnkey’s business regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs.
Drive the Turnkey business in the allocated Market to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and objectives
Provide executive level representation at high-stakes meetings with prospects, clients, and technology/channel partners.
Work closely with Product & Services Marketing: channel feedback on product features and functions, trends, program needs, customer outreach programs and events
Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge
Assist in developing brand identity and recognition in the allocated Market
Participate actively as a member of Turnkey’s Sales Team, responsible for enlisting Turnkey’s Executives in support of sales initiatives
Provide accurate and timely Projections and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns, and Leads.
Work with Sales Operations & Sales Leadership to ensure business is transacted accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical standards
Work with Customers to ensure timely payments against invoices

EDUCATION, REQUIRMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree preferred
2+ years related Technical Sales experience
Strong direct and remote sales skills. Extremely comfortable dealing at senior levels. Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
Familiar with business strategies, as well as their associated metrics
Intimate knowledge of local and regional customers needs and at least two to three years direct experience selling in the common market (EAC)
Responsible and resourceful sales person who operates effectively without supervision from the head office.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee a number of projects concurrently across multiple functional company departments
Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills. Must have experience crafting and presenting effective proposals, and bring strong demonstrations skills
