Under the supervision and guidance of the Medical Officer or senior Clinical Officer, the incumbent will:-
Ø Be in charge of the Family Care Centre
Ø See, examine, counsel and treat patients at the centre.
Ø See, examine, counsel and treat patients in the main Hospital Outpatient Department.
Ø Plan and conduct healthcare activities for the FCC and outreach clinics.
Join the Medical Officer on ward rounds and take calls as necessary

Skills and Qualifications
Ø Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education(C+)
Ø Diploma in Clinical medicine and surgery from a government recognized training college.
Ø Be registered with the Clinical Officers’ Council.
Ø Knowledge and experience in HIV/AIDS management. Management of a Comprehensive Care Centre (CCC) is an added advantage.
Ø 3 years experience post basic training
Ø Ability to work as a team leader and co-ordinate team initiatives.
Ø Willing to work long and odd hours.
