Human Resource Administration Manager Based in Nairobi Kenya
The successful human resource manager job candidate will be responsible for giving support to the Finance and Human Resource Coordinator, manage human resource administrative activities as well as give technical support to the HIV/TB program administrators based in Mathare and Homabay.
HR Job Requirements:
* Must have a graduate degree in social sciences or general management with post graduate qualification in Human Resource.
* Must have a minimum of 4 years professional experience in human resources (supervision, administration, coaching, training and legal follow-up).
* Must have a minimum of 4 years professional experience in human resources (supervision, administration, coaching, training and legal follow-up).
* Knowledge of the Kenyan labour laws crucial.
* HR management skills.
* Very strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and work independently.
* Excellent computer knowledge (word/excel, HR databases a real plus)
* Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, reliable, flexible and honest.
* Good strategic vision and problem solving skills.
* Experience in an Kenyan INGO is an advantage.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team in Kenya.
* Should hold the necessary statutory documents (NSSF, NHIF, PIN Number).
