Our client, a fast growing Hotel is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as Hotel Manager outside Nairobi Kenya.
Key Job Responsibilities:-
* Supervising and coordinating functions of all the departments in the hotel i.e. service, housekeeping, front office etc
* Play a key role in business development
* Handling of Staff issues and grievances
* Spearheading new strategic initiatives.
* Handling Group banquets
* Reporting to the Managing Director on daily operational issues
* Ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory bodies within the industry
* Handling all customer queries and issues and playing key PR roles
* Reporting to Managing Director on sales targets and progress
* Play a key role in business development
* Handling of Staff issues and grievances

Key Qualifications For Kenyans:-
* Must have not less than 2 years experience in a similar capacity with a well established Kenyan hotel.
* Demonstrate exposure on the key aspects of a hotel setup
* Good knowledge of the hotel industry in Kenya.
* Proven leadership and ability to work well with a multicultural diversity
* Excellent Computer Skills
* Unquestionable Character
* Show initiative innovation and high level efficiency.
* Age between 30-40 years.
