Requirements:     
Skills, experience and qualifications required for the position: •First degree in a Business Related field •Between 5-7 years experience in a Sales environment, preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods • (FMCG) company • Highly Results oriented individual with ability to achieve through individuals. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Able to operate in a performance driven environment with minimum supervision. • Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in writing. • Excellent interpersonal skills & Sound leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and coach a team.
