Hotel Manager Job. Hurlingham, Nairobi

Our client is a new player in the hospitality industry specifically operating serviced apartments in Hurlingham, Nairobi. We are seeking applications from candidates who are immediately available to fill the following position immediately:
Hotel Manager
The jobholder will be responsible to the investors and owners of the establishment. His/her role will include:
* Ensure the provision of excellent guest services
* Oversee all the operations of the serviced apartments
* Supervision of the six (6) staff including front desk, accounts, sales and marketing
* Management of relationships and contracts with external suppliers or service providers
* Management the relationship of key corporate or individual clients
* Manage the facility and ensure protection of all the assets

We invite applications from highly energized individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Degree/Higher Diploma in hotel management
* At least 5 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
* Team management and leadership experience in a hotel environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create the right impression as well as market the hotel to potential clients
* Computer literate
* Well developed customer/guest relationship skills
* Accounts knowledge will be an added advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
* Great attention to detail
* Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
* High degree of honesty and integrity
