HOTEL GARDENER.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintenance of the hotel flower gardens and grounds by pruning, fertilizing, watering and trimming including applying pesticides as necessary.
* Maintains and operates various maintenance equipments in a safe manner to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and team members.
* Maintenance of plants and nurturing of the flower garden to meet the required Standards.
* Rotates plants and applies pesticides to maintain high quality plants.

* Maintains and repairs existing irrigation system, changing valves and wiring including adjusting sprinklers as needed as well as maintaining inventory of irrigation parts to ensure adequate part are available.
Qualifications and Experience
* At least a C Plain in KCSE.
* Certificate in land scaping and gardening will be an added advantage.
* 1 year experience in land scaping and gardening.
* Must be computer literate.
Personal Specifications
* Knowledge of the maintenance of various land and water plants.
* Ability to understand and speak English to comprehend and respond to inquiries.
* Ability to understand written English to read labels or any caution or safety notices.
* Basic mathematical skills necessary to understand measurements.
* Sufficient manual dexterity to use a variety of gardening tools and implements.
