The Business development manager will devote his/her attention to business development and exploiting the business opportunities that are presented to the company.
He/She will:
· Conduct extensive market research and gather information on current business area.

· Investigate the economic conditions of the market.
· Constantly be in search for new business opportunities and help with the company’s business strategy.
· Prepare a detailed business plan to focus on the company goals and objectives
· Improve networking with other renowned businesses and stakeholders.
· Develop innovative marketing techniques and tactics for implementation in marketing specified products and services and adopt new strategies to keep pace with the advancing business world.
· Motivate sales and marketing employees and ensure work done more efficiently.
* Develop a situation analysis of the company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree-Graduate Degree (BA, BSc, BCom)
The person should have excellent negotiating and selling skills, be able to communicate with people at all levels and most importantly, close deals.
Posses’ Inter-personal skills, good in public relations and ability to show leadership.
Experience of minimum 2 years and a proven track record in a sales environment is
